  Managing Director Trevor Hotz  
Trevor won the BAFTA Craft Award in 2003 for Factual Sound. In recent years Trevor’s knowledge of innovative sound solutions has led to him being technically consulted on multi-camera and multi-track audio setups by productions worldwide. Trevor’s recommendations and solutions have often resulted in the way many productions approach multi and single camera setups. Prior to starting up HotCam with Alistair he worked as a freelance Sound Recordist. After studying electronics at The College of North West London Trevor worked for 7 years for a London Soho based dubbing theatre.
   
  Managing Director Alistair Cameron  
Alistair has over 30 years experience as a DoP on films, dramas, documentaries and reality. Alistairs wealth of experience is endorsement enough for his most recent supervising cameraman roles on Britains Got Talent, and Supervising Location DoP and Location Lighting Director for Grease is the Word, and Pokerface. Before starting up Hotcam with Trevor, he freelanced as a DoP. Alistair has been DoP for six feature films, including Surveillance which was selected for screening at the Berlin Film Festival. Having worked in-house for the BBC at Ealing Film Studios, he then went on to set up Sorel Films and worked on a variety of broadcast and corporate productions which is when he first met Trevor.
   
  Facility Manager Vicky McMahon  
Vicky oversees all productions that are being facilitated by HotCam UK from inception to conclusion and she is responsible for liaising with clients and crew to ensure that their needs are met and that everything runs smoothly.

Prior to joining HotCam, Vicky was a Production Coordinator at Granada /ITVs Millbank Studios for ITV Regional Political News Desks, as well as for larger clients such as LWT. Vicky’s role included booking crews and cameras for OB and ENG shoots, facilitating live studio bookings (multi-camera and down-the-line), edit and line feed bookings, liaising with BT Tower and assisting the Production Accountant to reconcile production expenditure.

  Technical Manager & Camera Operator Dan Studley  
Dan`s expertise is in technically overseeing HotCam`s single & multi-camera shoots. Dan also camera operates on productions such as Britain`s Got Talent. During Dan`s time at HotCam he has been involved in Camera Assisting on numerous productions including Big Brother, The X Factor and The Apprentice. Dan started his career in production working for Talkback Thames. Upon joining HotCam he worked in the kit room as an Equipment Coordinator and Camera Assistant.

  Kit Room Manager Chris Worland  
A highly experienced, organised and versatile kit room manager, Chris Worland joined HotCam in 2011 from The Cruet Company. A graduate in Television Studies and Production from King Alfred’s College in Winchester, Chris also has previous experience as a QC Engineer, Facilities Co-ordinator and Camera Operator working for the likes of Technicolor Video Services, Videomania International and Video Assignments.

  Facility Coordinator Mary Hoffmann  
Mary was a freelance Researcher on productions including Weakest Link and Beat the Stars. Before this Mary gained production experience as a Runner on The X Factor, The One & Only and Hell’s Kitchen. After leaving school she studied Art at St Martin`s for a year and then went on to University and obtained a degree in English & Media & Cultural Studies. Between leaving university and working in production, Mary spent a year travelling around the world.

  Facility Secretary Emily Wood  
A good all rounder with strong communication skills, Emily Wood joined HotCam from the world of photography, where she worked as a Studio Sales Co-ordinator. As Facilities Secretary Emily makes sure that the office ticks along nicely whilst also liaising with clients and helping the facilities co-ordinators and manager with bookings and logistics.

  Sound Recordist and Camera Assistant Chris Travers  
Since joining HotCam, Chris has gained Sound and Camera Assistant experience on various productions. His most recent Camera Assisting work has been on The X Factor. Before joining HotCam Chris worked as a Studio Camera Operator for OPP TV on a variety of shows and prior to that he worked in Production on shows such as Cash in the Attic and Tarrants Way. In addition to his sound recordist and camera assistant duties he also works as a technical co-ordinator.

  Technical Coordinator and Camera Assistant Joe Patterson  
Joe has Camera Assisted on various shoots including Britain`s Got Talent. Prior to joining HotCam, Joe worked in production for Talkback Thames after graduating university with a BA in Video Production and Film Studies. He was promoted to technical coordinator in January 2012.

  Equipment Coordinator and Camera Assistant Chris Hallum  
Prior to joining HotCam Chris Hallum worked as a runner on both The X Factor and Britain’s Talent for Talkback Thames. A hugely efficient and motivated person Chris’ technical expertise covers Final Cut Studio and Pro Tools software packages and a range of JVC, Sony and Panasonic SD and HD digital video cameras. Chris has a BA (Hons) in Media Production from Staffordshire University.

  Equipment Coordinator and Camera Assistant Anouska Procter  
Prior to joining HotCam Anouska gained a wide range of experience from her time as both a production runner on shows like Britain’s Got Talent (Talkback Thames) and as a location runner on Telesgop’s Home Front for Discovery. A keen photographer and filmmaker Anouska also spent six months volunteering in Ecuador where she taught English, worked in an orphanage and helped to care for street children. Her other TV credits include The X Factor, Gladiators and All Star Family Fortunes.

  Kit Room Equipment Coordinator Jack Chinn  
Jack Chinn joined HotCam in 2011 having already had extensive runner and assistant experience gained on major British TV shows such as Big Brother, The X Factor, The Apprentice and Young Dumb and Living Off Mum. Most recently working as VT Runner on Ant & Dec’s Push the Button 2, Jack is a hard working and diligent member of HotCam’s kit room team who combines highly developed organisational skills with serious technical acumen.

  Kit Room Equipment Coordinator Richard Wright  
A Film Studios graduate from the University of Gloucestershire, Richard Wright joined HotCam in 2011 with a range of running credits that includes Strictly Come Dancing, My Secret Body, My Super Sweet World Class and Let’s Dance for Sport Relief. Along with a passion for development and idea generation, Richard has strong technical abilities and researching experience, making him a hugely valuable member of the kit room team.

  Kit Room Equipment Co-ordinator Richard Graham  
Richard Graham joined HotCam in 2011 having previously worked on series 2 and 3 of Celebrity Coach Trip (C4) and series 7 and 8 – plus the Christmas Special – of Coach Trip (C4) for 12 Yard Productions. With ambitions to become a sound recordist Graham has working knowledge of a range of audio equipment from the Yamaha LS9 Audio Mixer to Sound Devices' 788T Multi-Track Digital Audio Recorder as well as experience of cameras like the Sony PDW-F800. Awarded a BTec National Award Media (Video) Merit, Graham has also worked as an extra on dramas The Bill (ITV) and Waking The Dead (BBC).

  Kit Room Equipment Co-ordinator Luke Spiers  
When Luke Spiers became part of the HotCam team in 2011 he had already attained extensive experience as a production runner on shows such as The Apprentice (BBC) and The X Factor (ITV). His most recent work was at the Studios at MediaCityUK in Salford but his CV also includes stints as a Focus Puller and Camera Assistant. A BSc (hons) graduate of the University of Salford, where he received a 2.1 in Professional Broadcast Techniques, Spiers has working knowledge of the Panasonic AG HPX500, Sony EX1, EX3, Z1 and Z5 and the Canon EOS 5D.

  Kit Room Equipment Co-ordinator Daniel Jenners  
Former Bloomberg News camera assistant Daniel Jenner is one of HotCam\'s latest recruits, working in the ever growing kitroom in London. His career to date includes a spell as technical assistant on Dancing on Ice (ITV) and as a camera assistant on One man and his Camper Van (BBC) as well as gigs as runner, researcher and production assistant. Jenners has a BSc in Media Technology from Oxford Brookes University. He can operate Avid and Adobe editing software and has experience of various Sony cameras including the Z1 and most Digitbeta formats
